What is your returns policy?

I gladly accept returns and cancellations.

  • Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
  • Return items back within: 14 days of delivery
  • Request a cancellation within:  24 hours of purchase

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised bracelets
  • Digital downloads

Please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

What if my item is faulty?

All bracelets and jewellery is checked to be in perfect condition before sending. Bracelets are not fragile and are posted in sturdy envelopes so replacement of items damaged during transit is discretionary.

If you feel our bracelets or jewellery items have not been described accurately or you receive an incorrect item please get in contact with me as soon as possible and I will do my best to find a solution.

What do I do if my order hasn’t arrived?

I obtain proof of postage for every order shipped, so in the event of an order not being received the shipping costs are not refunded, to cover fraudulent and dishonest claims I will only refund 50% of the item cost or I will offer to send out a replacement.

Please ensure any claims of loss or damage are sent to me within 5 days of dispatch (UK) or 20 days of dispatch (everywhere else) or they will not be acted upon.

I made a mistake with my personalisation or gift message, can I change it?

If you notice a problem with your order when you place it, please get in touch with us using our contact form and let us know, if your order has not already been printed we will be able to rectify any mistakes – this may not be possible if contact is made more than 6 hours after ordering.

I need my item tomorrow – can you rush my order?

Due to the nature of our ordering system we cannot rush your order, however you can select a quicker shipping method.

Why haven’t I received a tracking number? Where’s my package?

If you did not select tracked shipping then I will be unable to provide you with a tracking number or notify you of where your item is. I retain a proof of postage receipt which can be used to obtain a refund from the post office after 25 days of expected delivery.
