Production and Shipping –
☆ Our current production time is 3-5 days.
☆ Shipping is automatically combined if more than one bracelet is purchased.
☆ UK orders are shipped first class via Royal mail and should arrive in 1-2 days.
☆ International orders are shipped via Royal mail and should arrive in 7-12 working days but in some cases can take up to 20. If you would like a tracking number for your bracelet please select ‘Tracked’ from the shipping options.

I ordered a bracelet from here November 25th. It was going to be a Christmas present for a friend. It never came in and I messaged the seller mid December. She told me she would send another. I didn’t get the second order either. My address is right and I have never had any shipping issues with any other Etsy shop. I was very disappointed. The seller said she would refund me, I’m sure she did, I honestly have checked to see. I was more upset I didn’t get to give the gift that I purchased to my friend. It was difficult getting into contact with the shop owner as well, there is a time difference so I can understand to an extent. But I didn’t get a resolved message from the owner about her refunding me until I escalated the issue to Etsy. Overall, a terrible experience.
